Veterinarian: You play a very important role for our customers because the reason behind their visit is a very stressful time for them. They will need your empathy, expertise, and calm at all times! You work closely with our existing teams to provide the best services to customers and patients through your expertise. You perform your patients' clinical consultations, determine and apply the appropriate diagnostics to obtain the most complete assessment. You are also responsible for routine surgeries and required treatments, while ensuring follow-up care for your hospitalized patients.
Animal Health Technician: In collaboration with the veterinarian, you play an important role with our customers by giving them advice or reassuring them about the condition of their four-legged companion. You will work directly with our veterinarians, technicians' assistants and animal attendants to ensure the well-being of the animals in our care. Under the supervision of the head veterinarian, you ensure the smooth operation and operation of the department in order to provide quality service and care to customers and patients.
Technician's Assistant: Your presence with our team is very valuable as you help them to get our patients back on their feet as quickly as possible and with as little stress as possible. As a member of our technical support team, you assist animal health technicians and veterinarians during procedures. You ensure the well-being of patients in your care by providing reassurance and restraint during procedures.
Receptionist / Phone Operator: You are the first person in contact with our customers. Your compassion and calmness will be crucial in building their confidence and reassuring them! You will act as a bridge between the customers and our medical team. You will be responsible for transmitting customer communications and directing them to the appropriate professional.
Labotary and Pharmacy Clerk: Your role is crucial for the health of our patients because you make sure they get the right medication and their test results, so they can get back to their health and good mood quickly! You’ll prepare patients’ requisitions for those in consultation or hospitalized, their medication, as well as any lab tests carried out internally.
Animal Attendant: Even before the end of their stay, you will become like a family member to our patients! You will keep their rooms clean, take them out for their needs and prepare their food. Don't forget that your role is also to reassure our patients because they are in an unfamiliar place!
